Shelving Rock was founded by a team of veteran loan professionals who have worked together for over two decades. The team is experienced in the acquisition, due diligence, and management of all types of mortgage loans and real estate. Based in Shelton, CT with regional offices in Tampa, FL and San Diego, CA, we strive to find a balance between the needs of our sellers and the interests of our partners and borrowers.

The Shelving Rock team is experienced in acquiring and managing all loan and real estate asset classes. Our primary focus is the residential loan market, including the following:
